Returns & Refunds Policy

At Connected Seasons, each box is carefully curated and packed to support the well-being of older adults. Because our boxes contain seasonal, limited, and sometimes personal-use items, we are not able to accept returns once an order has shipped.

No Refunds After Shipment

Once a box has shipped, the order is considered final and non-refundable, with the following exceptions:

  1. Package lost in transit

  2. Items damaged during delivery

If either of these happens, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has not moved for an extended period or never arrives:

  • Please reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number and any tracking details you have.

After we review the situation with the carrier, we may offer a replacement shipment or, in some cases, a refund, at our discretion.


Damaged Items

If items arrive damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage (box + items).

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement item, partial replacement, or refund for the affected item(s), depending on availability.


Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Seasonal or Annual plan at any time for future renewals:

  • Cancellations made before your next billing date will stop future charges and shipments.

  • If a renewal has already been processed and the box is preparing to ship or has shipped, that shipment is non-refundable and will still be delivered.


If You or Your Recipient Isn’t Satisfied

Our mission is to help more seniors feel seen, supported, and connected.

If you or your recipient are not satisfied with a Connected Seasons box for any reason and the items are safe and usable, we encourage you to:

  • Pass it on to another older adult, neighbor, or community member who might benefit from the items and experience.

While we cannot offer refunds in these cases, we hope the box can still bring comfort and care to someone who needs it.
