What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you or your recipient are not happy with the box and want a refund, we will provide you one within 30 days of box delivery. Returns after 30-days are limited to product defects.
Will there be tracking?
All boxes will have tracking and insurance provided. Once boxes are sent, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
How is this box tech-focused?
Each box will include one tech item that will help your parents not only take care of their well-being, but also try out new digital products that they otherwise might not have tried.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel?
For the Annual Plan, you can pause/skip/cancel after the first year is up. For the Seasonal Plan, boxes can be paused/skipped/canceled after the first box.
When are order shipped?
Orders are shipped a week before scheduled boxes are delivered in late December, March, June, and September.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
